The Partner Reporting Portal has four different types of user roles to accommodate the
different reporting responsibilities and authorizations within an organization/implementing partner (IP).

Authorized Officer: This role is automatically assigned by UNICEF to Authorized Officers in a civil society organization, which are the individual(s) that are identified in the signed agreements with UNICEF. This role is normally a senior staff member(s) in the partners' organization. The Authorized Officer role can:
- Activate the organization's profile on PRP
- Draft and edit all open reports on PRP
- Directly submit all reports to UNICEF on PRP
- Assign and edit user roles on PRP
The partner must formally notify UNICEF of any changes to the Authorized Officer(s).
IP Administrator: This role is normally assigned by the Authorized Officer or other IP Administrators to staff that will be key focal points managing reporting on programme partnership with UNICEF. The IP Administrator role can:
- Draft and edit all open reports on PRP
- Submit all reports on behalf of an Authorized Officer to UNICEF on PRP
- Assign and edit user roles on PRP
IP Editor: This role is normally assigned by the Authorized Officer or IP Administrators to staff that will be entering reporting data in the Partner Reporting Portal. The Editor role can:
- Draft and edit all open reports on PRP
- Submit all reports on behalf of an Authorized Officer to UNICEF on PRP
IP Viewer: This role is normally assigned by the Authorized Officer or IP Administrators to staff that will not be entering reporting data and can only view information in the Partner Reporting Portal. The Viewer role can only access and view information in the Partner Reporting Portal.
