When:
- Submitting Quarterly Progress Reports and Humanitarian Reports when internet connections are not readily available, requiring partners to prepare the reports offline.
- When the calculation methods of indicators need to be changed to more accurately capture indicator progress
System: It is recommended that partners use google chrome when accessing the Partner Reporting Portal
